Printed on white cardstock made from 30% post-consumer materials and comes with white envelopes that have a square back flap. Folded note measures 4 1/8" x 5 3/8". Personalization box: Please enter your personalization in the box below. For initials, please write the letters in the exact order you would like them printed. Return Address: For an additional cost of $2 per set of 10 notes, return address will be printed on back flap of envelope in font and color to match the text of the note card.
